Rotary Hosting Veteran's Luncheon 11/14

Everyone is welcomed to the Hampton Bays Public Library, 52 Ponquogue Avenue at 12 noon on Thursday 11/14/24 as the Rotary Club hosts a luncheon for our area veterans. Please note the lunch itself is for Veterans only, but we encourage you to listen and learn from these very special community members! Click here to register. 17th Annual Autumn Evening by the Sea

Hampton Bays NY – Rotary Club of Hampton Bays President Sheryl Heather has announced that the Club’s 17^th Annual “Autumn Evening by the Sea” Fundraiser will honor retiring Assemblyman Fred Thiele as the group’s 2024 Tony Galgano Citizen of the Year. The event will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Oakland’s on Dune Road in Hampton Bays.

According to Selection Committee Chair Lars Clemensen, “Our Club chooses Citizen of the Year being mindful of outstanding contributions that person makes that effect lasting changes for the better. Fred Thiele embodies these attributes through his many successes in local land preservation, improving the quality of our water, improving public transportation, initiating the STAR tax relief program and much more.”
