12 Apr 2026 41st Annual Spaghetti Dinner Apr 12, 2026 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM The Rotary Club of Hampton Bays 41^st Annual Spaghetti Dinner will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026 from noon to 9 p.m. at Villa Paul Restaurant, 162 W. Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays. The event funds local scholarships, youth programs, the Hampton Bays Food Pantry many other causes. Admission is $30 for adults, and includes salad, Villa Paul’s famous spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, dessert and coffee or tea. Seniors eat for $20 from noon to 3 p.m., and children are $20 all day, with take-out dinners also a popular option. Tickets available at the door or in advance at Carolyn’s Good Ground Cleaners. 01 Sep 2026 Regular Meeting: "Luv Michael" Speaker Dr. Lisa Liberatore Sep 01, 2026 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM Dr. Lisa Liberatore is a board-certified otolaryngologist who lives in Southampton with her husband, Dr. Dimitri Kessaris. After a successful career in private practice, she stepped away from medicine in 2023 to devote herself full-time to her life’s mission. Together, they co-founded Luv Michael and Luv Michael Homes, nonprofit organizations dedicated to creating meaningful lives for autistic adults through employment, education, wellness, and community-based housing. Inspired by the journey of their autistic son, Michael, they have become passionate advocates for innovative, person-centered models of support that promote dignity, purpose, and independence. Dr. Liberatore and Dr. Kessaris are active members of the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Cathedral in Southampton, whose partnership has been instrumental in helping Luv Michael build a welcoming and inclusive community.
