Members of the Rotary Club of Hampton Bays and the community gathered on May 4, 2024 to commemorate the installation of a global Peace Pole. The Pole was installed at Good Ground Park in Hampton Bays in honor of Club Member Tom Crowley's 2023-2024 service as District Governor of Rotary District 7255 which encompasses Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
The Club installed a total of 4 poles as part of the global Peace Pole Project. Three are at the 3 Hampton Bays Schools, and one at Good Ground Park, a green space located in the heart of the hamlet. See more photos by clicking on the album in the Photo Albums section.
